I have a chronic health condition and deal with chronic fatigue and brain fog. I ate half a square at first and felt flat and even more lethargic, which wasn't a desirable outcome for me. I wondered if this might mean I'd be better suited to isolated cbd rather than full spectrum (as smoking marijuana makes me feel flat and lethargic too). I decided to dose in quarter squares at a time and my experience changed for the better. It has helped keep me on an even keel, by taking the edge off the stress that can be associated with functioning with fatigue. I'm really happy with this product and its legitimate potency, and the taste itself is entirely enjoyable.

I'm happy with the product in that it does what it says, but I'll personally opt for chocolate (or possibly oil) in the future. This comes down to the fact that I felt I could consume less 'groovy times' chocolate to reach desired effect, and I didn't always feel like eating a spoon of honey when I was in need of support. I don't see this as an issue with the product, simply a personal preference.
