I’ve been using these (before they changed the pack again) since 2019, on and off, and they are a huge help so I don’t have to take my anxiety medication as often which is super great. Also super great for sleep as well, I do still take a lot of sleep medication but slightly less thanks to these. Definitely start slow or you’ll be sleepy pretty quickly. Definitely helps ease inflammation as well!

Thanks DTE, So far this has helped with my anxiety, which is great and taken the edge off the high pain days from chronic pain and osteoarthritis in my l5s1...wish it came stronger though.
