Great product - I'm feeling great using just half a square. My reason for not giving it a 5 is that the block is difficult to seperate into portions - unsure if that is the mold or the texture, but even with a heated knife it has been difficult to deal with. Seperate buttons or squares would be a winner from a consumer point of view.
