I'm fairly big so I started with 2 gummies on an empty stomach... Noticed my cheeks a little warm after about an hour but nothing else. Pain levels never changed. Next day I took 4 gummies and noticed a slightly more relaxed feeling but nothing changed with pain. The following day I took 6. Pain improved slightly and felt kind of relaxed but got reflux I believe from the gummies. I can't comment on sleep as I sleep well anyway. I gave the rest away. I don't want people to be influenced by this at all. The only reason I'm posting it is I was asked for feedback and this is the honest feedback. They possibly work as claimed for other people, just not with me. I give these a go because I was hoping being natural, they may have reacted differently to pharma products. I guess not.

Ordered just before the new year, January 4th came (the day orders were being shipped out) and I thought maybe would take a week for mine, it arrived the next day, well packaged and exactly what I asked for.

I was cautious in trying the gummies but didn’t need to worry at all. It’s absolutely wonderful to get a good nights sleep and wake up refreshed. I use the gummies and the Active Balm together and find they work most excellently together. I am impressed
