It took me a long time to commit to purchasing this product but I am certainly glad I did. Improvement with the first dose. Very, very happy. My only concern is the frontal headache I have been having and sleeplessness. I will continue with my treatment but if anyone can explain my side effects it would be appreciated.

I would give the product 5 stars, the only let down is not having an information card or pamphlet with it, explaining how much to take... you have to do your own research to figure it out.
Just a suggestion. But so far, so good. Although only 2 days in... not sure how long before im meant to feel any benefit.
