I believe I have less pain throughout my body. I can get up and down the stairs more quickly and my knees feel less swollen. Maybe it's a bit early to come to definite conclusion, but I am very hopeful.

I sometimes wonder if I'm getting any benefit from the oil then I don't take it for a few days and I notice the difference! The customer service is great as well.
