Thanks for the quick delivery despite all that's going on with covid19. Product reached me within a few days. For me they last a little but my pain is so intense and chronic!! Even mixed with the chocolate one I still manage and hour or so odd if lucky!! But that's just me!! 😮

Active Balm - Arnica & Juniper

I broke my elbow 4 weeks ago and only had a half cast on for 5 days . When that came off I have been rubbing in the Arnica n Juniper balm 3-4 times daily . It helped draw out a huge bruise quickly under my arm and has jelped with the pain. I have gone away and left it at home and feeling the difference of not using it .. yep kicking myself

Really good my sleeping has improved a lot and no pain in my joints during sleep that’s great , my only problem is opening the top I find it hard at times .
