I decided to stop taking the FD Honey for a few months. I have a compromised Immune system. Back on the honey again as I had constant troubles with infectious acne and gut problems while off the honey.......1 week back on the honey, face is clear and gut is behaving! I suffer from military related PTSD, I bought this to help my anxiety as a friend bought some & said it helped there's too. I have to say I have tried another product from a herbalist and found this product far SUPERIOR it works it really works. Can't believe it and I'm a lot calmer & happier for it. I purchased isolate 1000 to help with my back pain, muscle pain and to help me sleep. I started with 12 drops which is around 10mg and felt the effects an hr later. My body felt relaxed and almost heavy and I fell asleep easy for once. I have had so many questions along the way and the team have been great to deal with.
