Wow this stuff really knocks me out. I’ve tried a lot of different natural ways to get to sleep. I personally find this starts working between 30mins to half an hour. I wake up a lot during the night and find it hard to get back to sleep, but on this I just go right back into a deep sleep.
I have to get up at 4:30 for work during the week and was hoping this would let me sleep in on the weekends but unfortunately I still wake up around 5:30- 6am even if I am up until 11pm, it may work for a good 8 hours with other people though!
They also taste so good I would love to snack on them all the time, they taste like berries to me.

I have been taking this product for a number of years and do so to help with pain in my back. I've found it to be very beneficial, especially aids in fast recovery when I have been busy working, my back isn't nearly as painful afterwards and I am "back to normal" pretty much straight away.
