I was on the 1000mg bottle but found my body was asking for more strength and so have moved to the higher mg. 3 drops a day is all it takes to kickstart my endocannabinoid system into firing up and working at a enzyme level to create/heal the cells in my body. Basically I am feeling calmer, clear headed, my digestive is starting to calm down.. I think I may go to 3drops twice a day. I am also feeling my pain issues decrease... Yup, this is something I will continue to get.

OMG I have used this now for a week and my face is feeling soft, the tightness of skin has gone. I used to use rose hip oil and that has now been moved to the back of the fridge door while I continue to use this in conjunction with the Joy serum. As they work together I thoroughly recommend getting them both.

My go to for relaxing and also helping with my inflammation in my hands. While they do not 'cure' they definitely help and ease some of the 'tightness' and discomfort in my forearms and hands. I cut these in half and take a half gummy as needed. This enables me to spread out the gummies over an extended time when needed. I definitely recommend them. Even if it is only to help you step down a notch or two on the stress levels.
