I bought this product to help my friend who has just had Major Dental Surgery, Her pain was high and she was struggling, 1 teaspoon full of honey and she was relaxed and able to have a sleep, she said her nausea was nil and her pain level greatly reduced, another teaspoon before bed and what should have been a restless night turned into a full nights sleep…..so very pleased! The Anti inflammatory properties of honey are well known so this one will be used while she heals from her surgery……..I did try a teaspoon of the honey the night I received it….GREAT! I have broken sleep which is rarely able to be corrected….I had the best nights sleep in a very long time, no waking, no restlessness and refreshed when I did wake…again thanks DTE another great product to add to my list! I will definitely be back for more of the Full Defence Honey….great service, friendly communication and a natural product that works really well!! Can’t ask for any more than that !!

I have very high levels of Inflammation in my body due to Chronic Illness’s. 1/2 a teaspoon at night for a week….my skin is clear, my hormonal acne has cleared without my normal treatments, sleep is fantastic and I am sleeping in for first time in years!!! Even my liver function tests are much improved……Specialist wants to know what I have changed in my lifestyle 🙂 Thank you DTE I am now happy to use CBD products in place of some of my harsh drugs….so much better for my body systems 🙂

  5. what is not to love. I have a teaspoon of honey before bed and sleep so well and very deeply now. I have been using this as part of my natural Immunity fighters and so far this winter I have not even had a cold, working with sick people, this is such an added bonus. well worth trying this one if you have Immune issues, so relaxing and easy to have.

  132. Honey is very sweet and a little crystallised but this doesn’t change flavours whatsoever. Crystallisation just proves is pure raw honey,have taken 3 nights now and sleeping well..will continue and hope it continues to improve ????

  162. I use this honey as a sleep agent. I take one teaspoon before bed and find that I fall asleep a little quicker and also get deeper sleep a lot more quickly. I can still be woken if I hear dogs barking outside and things like that, but I find I fall back asleep quicker and experience a much more in-depth dreamscape. I did once take a very heaped teaspoon (I keep it in the fridge so it’s easier to scoop out) and found that the next night I didn’t need any but I don’t recommend messing with doses too much. It has an acquired taste but nothing one doesn’t get used to.
