    I use this honey as a sleep agent. I take one teaspoon before bed and find that I fall asleep a little quicker and also get deeper sleep a lot more quickly. I can still be woken if I hear dogs barking outside and things like that, but I find I fall back asleep quicker and experience a much more in-depth dreamscape. I did once take a very heaped teaspoon (I keep it in the fridge so it’s easier to scoop out) and found that the next night I didn’t need any but I don’t recommend messing with doses too much. It has an acquired taste but nothing one doesn’t get used to.
