Honey is very sweet and a little crystallised but this doesn’t change flavours whatsoever. Crystallisation just proves is pure raw honey,have taken 3 nights now and sleeping well..will continue and hope it continues to improve ????

Helps me sleep if nothing else is working. Also good to use in cooking, especially getting the last bit from the jar by adding soy sauce or other & pour over chicken while cooking.
