The product I like is the Comfortably Numb chocolate. I have a nibble to go to sleep and it works like no other. I have about one quarter of a square of the chocolate and it is enough for me. But my partner has either one square of the chocolates OR the Gummies . I sleep for a solid 5 hours. If I don’t use the chocolate, I only sleep 2 hours max.

I love this product. As a chronic pain sufferer and insomniac of decades, I was sceptical that this would work, but, half a square and I had a fantastic sleep and woke up feeling refreshed and with less pain. Usually the pain from my arthritic hip and knee wake me up a few times during the night and it is hard to get comfortable.
