    This chocolate is a game changer. I take one piece around 7pm and off to sleep soundly in an hour or so. My sleep is so much deeper throughout the night and my dreams are enhanced. I take it every night now.

    Helps so much for me to get to sleep, the taste has taken me a while to get used to but I also don’t like dark chocolate. But all in all once you get past that it really is a great product
