I wanted to work through the pack before giving a review. I bought the gummies and chocs. When you open the tin you get a herbal waft and definitely know there is hemp in them. The gummies do taste sweet but with the hempy punch. In terms of effect, I personally feel the gummies give more than the chocs. I always take an hour or two before bed and I would say they help ‘wind down’. I can’t say they’re a miracle but I would consider buying them again and for anyone wondering if they work, I would say they’re worth a try!
