Ive only been using theses products for at least 3 to 4 months.
My best friend put me onto this company..

Now the oil
Now this is just me this part. If I have it in my cuppa tea and on a empty stomach I can get sick and bring it straight back up. And you also have to trial how many drop of oil suits you. I use 10 drops in my cuppa’s.
I actually ran out now for about 10 day’s and I definitely noticed a huge change in my pain. It made it so much harder to get on top of. I really missed it but mostly the benefits that I was getting from it.

Over the year’s I had tried so so many different creams to help with the pain.
