    I have this before bed and sleep solid, notice when I don’t have it I don’t sleep as well.
    I forgot to get MCT oil so it tastes gross but it works.

    I say 4 not 5 as not sure if it could have effect on heart. Though we have slightly low BP as are rural people & now vegetarian my husband is vegan he has 8 drops every night.
