Full defence 3000 guarantees a good night’s sleep, just 3-4 drops. For pain relief in morning due to Polymyalgia rheumatica 3-4 drops takes edge off pain.

I use this honey as a sleep agent. I take one teaspoon before bed and find that I fall asleep a little quicker and also get deeper sleep a lot more quickly. I can still be woken if I hear dogs barking outside and things like that, but I find I fall back asleep quicker and experience a much more in-depth dreamscape. I did once take a very heaped teaspoon (I keep it in the fridge so it’s easier to scoop out) and found that the next night I didn’t need any but I don’t recommend messing with doses too much. It has an acquired taste but nothing one doesn’t get used to.

My husband uses this, he’s a large man and has it mainly as a sleep agent. He’s commented that while he can still be roused from sleep throughout the night, it’s much easier for him to fall back asleep and obtain a deeper level of sleep than without the oil. It has a very “hempy” taste but otherwise good! He takes two drops before bed, three sometimes but he’s found that if he takes three it takes him a little longer to get moving in the mornings as he could easily fall back into deep sleep mode. I asked if he was happy with it and wished for me to re order in the future, and he’s keen!

I take this product to help manage my back pain / nerve pain. I find it helps me to recover quickly, almost immediately, when I have been doing work that otherwise would have caused me to rest for a day to recover. It assists me to live a better life. I only take 2 drops morning and night.
