I have only been on them a short while and the difference in my sleeping with out pain at night is unremarkable. I only take ½ a gummy and I find this sufficient . This means no more waking up grumpy from pain and lack of sleep. I also shared some with my adult son and he said he is having the same results. Thanks heaps for some sanity. 😊
