This chocolate is a game changer. I take one piece around 7pm and off to sleep soundly in an hour or so. My sleep is so much deeper throughout the night and my dreams are enhanced. I take it every night now.

I have one every night before sleep. The gummy relieves my tension so I get a good sleep. This helps with arthritic hands, arthritic spine and arthritic feet. At 62 I don’t want to have physical restrictions for my daily life of landscaping and hobby gardening.
