Now this was full effect. I took half of a square..just thought i.d take it slowly.
Am on night 3 and the first 2 nights with only taking half of a square I slept amazing..after years of painful restless sleep I feel well rested. I look forward to sleeping now.

Ive been using this for chronic pain from an auto immune disease that causes immflmation. Tried nearly every anti inflammatory there is and nothing compares to this oil. completely gets rid of stress, tension muscle knots and all pain associated with the auto immune disease. Highly recommend
