My first time trying this one, I must say it hits the mark. Extremely relaxing, i tried just a quarter square, for me this is the perfect amount. Will definitely be getting this again.

I keep the gummies in my fridge and when my hubby wants help with a better sleep ,I will give him one. when my beauty therapist has pain in her shoulder and needs to de stress I give her one. I take one when my stress is high they help so much! They taste good too !
