Have been using for a few days now, it has really helped with peri-menopausal joint pain. I take a few drops at night and it helps me sleep and I find the pain is mild in morning. I like it because it dulls the pain but not my brain.

This is such a great product for pain relief, reducing anxiety and improving sleep quality. I am amazed at how effective it is; I love having it in my morning tea to help start the day relaxed and reducing my back pain. It also is a great companion for my night time routine to help me sleep through the night.
