My husband uses this, he’s a large man and has it mainly as a sleep agent. He’s commented that while he can still be roused from sleep throughout the night, it’s much easier for him to fall back asleep and obtain a deeper level of sleep than without the oil. It has a very “hempy” taste but otherwise good! He takes two drops before bed, three sometimes but he’s found that if he takes three it takes him a little longer to get moving in the mornings as he could easily fall back into deep sleep mode. I asked if he was happy with it and wished for me to re order in the future, and he’s keen!

First dose I had. I found it worked straight away. Anxiety! Works well. Trying different doses for back pain. Was taking 3 drops twice a day. 3 in the morning and 3 at lunch but I had to change my the dosage as I was getting to tired. So 3 in the morning and 3 at bedtime. We’ll see how I go. I purchased this for a terminally ill friend to help her . The taste is extreme … BUT I understand its a strong mix. Wondering if there is a possibility there can be a flavour mint or something mixed only because extreme cancer patients taste buds are so different . I did put the suggested peppermint drops in and it did help … thankyou
