    Normally take a piece in the morning and my energy levels and mood is amazing throughout the day without any down turns. I struggle with social anxiety and depression.
    I feel confident with myself and can get through social events while taking a piece of chocolate to boost my confidence and mental health.
    Highly recommend.

    This product does what it says, helps you look at life in a relaxed manner. It is a subtle shift in your mental outlook, nothing startling but with continued use seems to create a ‘new memory’ in the mind/body as the go to instead of tension or lack of energy.
